RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to amend the grant to the Texas
Department of Transportation for a 1993 Summer Occupant Protection Selective Traffice
Enforcement Program (STEP) to allow enforcement sites of seat belt laws to be set up any
day of the week during daylight hours.
