RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on Monday, May 10, 1993, bids were received for the purchase of one
(1) small rubber track excavator for the Water Utilities Sewer Maintenance Division; and,
WHEREAS, Conley Lott Nichols Machinery Co. submitted a bid in the amount of
$35,747.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Conley Lott
Nichols Co. is the lowest and the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Conley Lott Nichols Machinery Co. for the purchase of one (1)
small rubber track excavator for the Water Utilities Sewer Maintenance Division in the
amount of $35,747.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
