WHEREAS, on Monday, May 17, 1993, sealed bids were received for carpet and vinyl
tile installation at the Fire Headquarters, Fire Station No. 10, Fire Station No. 2, and Fire
Station No. 4; and,
WHEREAS, Bellard's Drapery & Carpet, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of
$19,356.57; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bellard's
Drapery & Carpet, Inc., the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bellard's Drapery & Carpet, Inc., for carpet and vinyl tile
installation at the Fire Headquarters, Fire Station No. 10, Fire Station No. 2, and Fire
Station No. 4 in the amount of $19,356.57 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
