RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $125.00 from Mr. Jack
N. Nahas as full and final payment for weed liens against vacant property described as the
north part of lots twenty (20) and twenty-one (21) in Block "B" of the Amelia Heights
Addition to the City of Beaumont, located left of 8275 Washington Blvd. at Avalon Street.
