WHEREAS, on Monday, December 14, 1992 bids were received for structural
repairs and application of protective coatings at the Municipal Airport located at 455 Keith
Road for the Building Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, S & M Building Systems submitted a bid in the amount of
$32,060.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by S & M
Building Systems is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by S & M Building Systems for structural repairs and application
of protective coatings at the Municipal Airport located at 455 Keith Road for the Building
Services Division in the amount of $32,060.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
