RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on Monday, May 3, 1993 bids were received for building and
erecting an addition to the Building Services Administration Building located at 1848 Pine
Street; and,
WHEREAS,Nutec Services submitted a bid in the amount of$14,973.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Nutec
Services is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Nutec Services to build and erect an addition to the Building
Services Administration Building located at 1848 Pine Street in the amount of$14,973.00 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of , 1993.
