RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,bids were received for the purchase of one (1)full size cargo van for the
Police Department for use by the Criminal Investigation Division; and,
WHEREAS,Buddy Chevrolet, Inc., submitted a bid in the amount of$14,796.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Buddy
Chevrolet, Inc., the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Buddy Chevrolet, Inc., to purchase one (1) full size cargo van
for the Police Department for use by the Criminal Investigation Division in the amount of
$14,796.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
