WHEREAS, on Monday, April 26, 1993, sealed bids were received for a dry filter
automatic paint spray booth for the Building Services Division; and,
WHEREAS, B.O.L.D. Equipment Company of Marion, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $22,150.00 for a dry filter automatic paint spray booth; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by B.O.L.D.
Equipment Company of Marion, Texas is the best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by B.O.L.D.Equipment of Marion, Texas for a dry filter automatic
paint spray booth for the Building Services Division in the amount of$22,150.00 be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the "7"- day
of 11993.
