RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on Monday, April 19, 1993, sealed bids were received for interior
painting of the Best Years Center; and,
WHEREAS, Lange Brothers, Inc., of Port Arthur, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $35,709.00 for interior painting of the Best Years Center; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lange Brothers,
Inc., of Port Arthur, Texas is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lange Brothers, Inc., of Port Arthur, Texas for interior painting
of the Best Years Center in the amount of$35,709.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
