BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept a 10 foot (10.0')
sanitary sewer easement out of the Charles Williams League at the southeast corner
of the intersection of Major Drive and Morgan Street from AM Investment
Company to serve the Douget Rice Milling Company's sanitary sewer service. A plat
depicting the easement is attached as Exhibit "A".
