WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a one (1) ton service truck
mounted with a utility body, air compressor and crane for the Landfill Division; and,
WHEREAS, Wickersham Ford submitted a bid in the amount of $30,193.00 for a
Ford F350, four wheel drive truck mounted with a Liftmore crane, Ingersoll Rand air
compressor and a Rawson service body; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Wickersham
Ford is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Wickersham Ford for the purchase of a Ford F350, four wheel
drive truck mounted with a Liftmore crane, Ingersoll Rand air compressor and a Rawson
service body, in the amount of $30,193.00 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the = _ day
