RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) compost and windrow
turner for the Solid Waste Management Department; and,
WHEREAS, Industrial Disposal Supply of Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $59,875.00 for the purchase of one Wildcat compost and windrow turner; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Industrial
Disposal Supply, of Houston, Texas is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Industrial Disposal Supply, of Houston, Texas for the purchase
of one (1) Wildcat compost and windrow turner in the amount of $59,875.00, be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
