WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition of two (2) structures for the
Community Development Division of the Administrative Services Department; and,
WHEREAS, Lombardo Tree Service submitted a bid in the amount of $38,500.00;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Lombardo
Tree Service is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Lombardo Tree Service in the amount of $38,500.00 for the
demolition of two (2) structures for the Community Development Division of the
Administrative Services Department, be accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this theme day of
1993.
