RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,bids were received for carpet and vinyl tile installation at the Best Years
Center; and,
WHEREAS, Bellard's Drapery & Carpet, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid
in the amount of $15,999.00 for carpet and vinyl tile installation; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Bellard's
Drapery&Carpet, Inc., of Beaumont,Texas is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bellard's Drapery & Carpet, Inc., of Beaumont, Texas for the
purchase carpet and vinyl tile installation in the amount of $15,999.00, be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2Z,-4_ day
