RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,City Council adopted Resolution No.93-79 providing for a final payment
to Excavators & Constructors, Inc. for construction of the High School Ditch Drainage
Project Phase I; and,
WHEREAS, the final payment amount included in such Resolution was in error;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No. 93-79 be and the same is hereby amended to amend the last
paragraph to read as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to accept the project and make final payment to Excavators & Constructors, Inc.
in the amount of$65,831.05 for the construction of the High School Ditch Drainage Project
Phase I."
