BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept $1000.00 from Mr.
Everette D. Alfred as full and final payment for weed liens against vacant property located
at 1335 Calvin Street, described as Lot 3, Block 3 of Washington Park Addition.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
