WHEREAS, Mr. Raymond Nallie and E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company have
donated a ten foot (10.0') easement out of their property in Lot 13, Unit "B" of the Tyrrell
Park Addition as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the construction of a swale
ditch along a portion of the northwest property line of Lot 13; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said donation and is of
the opinion that the acceptance of said donation of property is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to accept the donation of Mr.
Raymond Nalhe and E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company of a ten foot (10.0') easement out of
their property in Lot 13, Unit "B" of the Tyrrell Park Addition as described in Exhibit "Al'
for the construction of a swale ditch to enable the storm waters to flow into Jefferson
County Drainage District #6's Ditch 108 B.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1993.
