BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Jefferson County Drainage District #6 to provide right-of-way and a spoil disposal area and
purchase the necessary materials to complete the pipe crossing at Melsha Lane.
