RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City has contracted with Parkdale Bank, Texas as a depository for
investment purposes; and,
WHEREAS, Parkdale Bank, Texas wishes to release the following security held at
First City Bank-Houston, effective March 30, 1993;
RECEIPT NO. DESCRIPTION PAR VALUE
CUSIP No. 61370011138 Montgomery County $707000.00
Texas MUD #6 Bond,
due 04/01/93
and,
WHEREAS, Parkdale Bank, Texas wishes to replace the above-described security
being held at First City Bank-Houston effective March 30, 1993, with the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Parkdale Bank, Texas be permitted to release and pledge the above-described
security and a certified copy of this resolution shall constitute the approval of such release
and pledge as evidence of the authority of said bank to make said release and pledge.
