WHEREAS, on March 15, 1993, bids were received for the purchase of twenty-
seven (27) pieces of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment; and,
WHEREAS, Delta Air Conditioning, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $13,443; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Delta
Air Conditioning is the lowest and best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Delta Air Conditioning in the amount of $13,443.00 for the
purchase of twenty-seven (27) pieces of HVAC equipment be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
