WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of couplings and brass fittings
that will be utilized by the Water Distribution, Water Utilities Division; and,
WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Pipe submitted a bid in the amount of$35,444.80;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Golden
Triangle Pipe is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Golden Triangle Pipe for the purchase of couplings and
brass fittings that will be utilized by the Water Distribution, Water Utilities Division,
in the amount of $35,444.80, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
