RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the installation of two (2) twenty (20)
cubic yard, rear loading refuse collection bodies on existing City owned trucks; and,
WHEREAS, Texas Municipal Truck Equipment, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $20,495.00 each; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Texas
Municipal Truck Equipment, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Texas Municipal Truck Equipment, Inc. in the amount
of$20,495.00 each for the installation of two (2) twenty (20) cubic yard, rear loading
refuse collection bodies on existing City owned trucks, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
