WHEREAS, a bid was received for the renovation and maintenance of
the automatic chair platform system located in the Civic Center; and,
WHEREAS, The Carter Company submitted a bid in the amount of
$144,400.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by The Carter Company is the best bid meeting specifications and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by The Carter Company in the amount of $144,400.00 for
the renovation and maintenance of the automatic chair platform system located in
the Civic Center, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
