BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to apply for, accept
and spend federal grant funds up to $553,000.00 under the 1993 HOME Program.
