WHEREAS, bids were received for the demolition of twelve (12)
structures for the Community Development Division of the Administrative Services
Department; and,
WHEREAS, Ace Clark Construction Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $11,548.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted
by Ace Clark Construction Company is the best bid meeting specifications and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ace Clark Construction Company in the amount of
$11,548.00 for the demolition of twelve (12) structures for the Community
Development Division of the Administrative Services Department, be accepted.
