BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to grant a license to
Beaumont Independent School District to cross Carlisle Street with a computer cable
to link computers at the Eugene Field Elementary School and the Central Ninth
Grade campuses. A copy of the plat depicting the location is attached hereto as
Exhibit "A' and made a part hereof for all purposes.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
