WHEREAS,bids were received for furnishing and installing two 110-ton
air conditioning units at the Julie Rogers Theatre; and,
WHEREAS, Comfort Zone, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$39,711.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Comfort Zone, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Comfort Zone, Inc. for furnishing and installing two 110-
ton air conditioning units at the Julie Rogers Theatre in the amount of$39,711.00, be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
