BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to implement a Micro-
Enterprise Loan Program as an expansion of the Small Business Revolving Loan
Fund Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Small Business Revolving Loan Fund
Guidelines be amended by lowering the minimum loan amount for the City's
participation to $7,500.00 instead of $10,000.00.
