RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the two hundred
twenty-five (225') foot drainage easement out of Lot 4, Block 3 of the French
Subdivision from Mrs. Grace Alma Nickelbrough.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
