WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of four (4) automatic
wastewater samplers for the Water Reclamation Division; and,
WHEREAS, American Sigma, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$10,480.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
American Sigma, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by American Sigma, Inc. for the purchase of four (4)
automatic wastewater samplers for the Water Reclamation Division in the amount of
$10,480.00, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
