BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a 1.95 acre
easement twenty-five feet (25.0') in width out of the Christian Hillebrandt Survey,
Abstract 28, to Gulf States Utilities Company to serve the City of Beaumont's
Constructed Wetland Facility. A plat depicting the easement is attached as Exhibit
ITAII
