BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City hereby approves, as required by Article 6 of the lease
agreement between the City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Art Museum, changes
to the plan for the Art Museum of Southeast Texas to provide for expansion of the
structure.
