RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for providing labor and equipment to
excavate and recompact cell liners at the City's Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, Elliot Equipment and Construction Company submitted a
bid in the amount of $39,992 per cell; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Elliot Equipment and Construction is the best bid meeting specifications and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Elliot Equipment and Construction Company for
providing labor and equipment to excavate and recompact cell liners in the amount
of $39,992 per cell at the City's Landfill, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
