RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for a two (2) year contract for furnishing
collection services for outstanding warrants issued through Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Municipal Services Bureau submitted a bid in the amount of 23%
of all accounts collected commencing May 1, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Municipal
Services Bureau is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Municipal Services Bureau in the amount of 23% for a
two year period of all amounts collected commencing May 1, 1993 for outstanding
warrants issued through Municipal Court, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Anc
