WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing labor and materials to
reroof the Carroll Street Day Care Center; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco submitted a bid in the amount of$22,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by
Cleveco is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco for furnishing labor and materials to reroof the
Carroll Street Day Care Center in the amount of$22,000.00, be accepted by the City
of Beaumont and the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for such project with Cleveco.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
