RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide routine maintenance
for City automobiles, vans and pick-up trucks; and,
WHEREAS, The Lube Shop, Inc. of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of$17.90
per vehicle; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by The Lube Shop,
Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by The Lube Shop, Inc. of Beaumont in the amount of $17.90 per
vehicle for an annual contract to provide routine maintenance for City automobiles, vans and
pick-up trucks, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1993.
