RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for the purchase of
approximately 980 water meters for use by the Water Utilities Department, Water Distribution
Division; and,
WHEREAS, bids were submitted in the amounts as follows:

WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bids submitted above are the best bids
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bids submitted above for an annual contract for the purchase of approximately 980 water
meters for use by the Water Utilities Department, Water Distribution Division, be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this theme day of
1993.
