RESOLUTION
WHEREAS bids were received for the construction of a roadway at the City's
Landfill; and,
WHEREAS, APAC-TEXAS, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of$371,105.00;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by APAC-
TEXAS, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by APAC-TEXAS, Inc. in the amount of $371,105.00 for the
construction of a roadway at the City's Landfill, be accepted by the City of Beaumont and the
City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract for such construction.
