RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the base wage of the City Manager be and it is hereby increased four per cent
(4%)pursuant to a performance evaluation which such increase is eligible for contribution to the
International City Management Association Deferred Compensation Plan; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the annual salary for the City Attorney be and the
same is hereby increased four per cent (4%) pursuant to a performance evaluation; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the annual salary of the Chief Magistrate is increased
four per cent (4%) pursuant to a performance evaluation; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the rate of compensation for the Magistrate shall be
$300.00 for the first session and $200.00 for second session and $100.00 for each additional
session in any one week not to exceed a total of $800.00 per week.
