WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to provide mailing services
to the City's Water Utilities/Customer Service Division; and,
WHEREAS, Art Mail Presort of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amount of
$900.00 per month for basic service and$100.00 per month for additional inserts, when needed,
for a period of one year with the option to extend for one additional year; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Art Mail
Presort is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Art Mail Presort of Beaumont for an annual contract to provide
mailing services to the City's Water Utilities/Customer Service Division in the amount of
$900.00 per month for basic service and $100.00 per month for additional inserts, when needed,
for a period of one year with the option to extend for one additional year, be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
