RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of a 63.72 acre
tract of land on Pine Street at the Neches River for the Collier's Ferry Park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land for the Collier's Ferry Park be, and the same is
hereby, approved:
One acre tract of land out of the
Hezekiah Williams, Jr. Survey, Abstract 57
Owner: Neches Boat Club
Appraised Value: $810.00
