BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute agreements with Jefferson
County Drainage District No. 6 for joint participation in the expansion of two (2) drainage
ditch crossings (Ditch No. 1004) at Perl and Spurlock Roads at a cost to the City of
$65,000.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the Z!�Z day
of 1993.
