RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of liquid polymer flocculent to
be used by the Water Reclamation Division of the Water Utilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, Fort Bend Services, Inc. of Stafford, Texas submitted a bid in the
amount of $1.10/lb.; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Fort Bend
Services, Inc. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Fort Bend Services, Inc. of Stafford, Texas in the amount of
$1.10/lb. for the purchase of liquid polymer flocculent to be used by the Water Reclamation
Division of the Water Utilities Department, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
