RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for fire uniforms with prices firm
for a period of twelve (12) months to allow for additional purchases; and,
WHEREAS, Night's Uniform Company of Beaumont submitted a bid in the amounts as
follows:
DESCRIPTION UNIT PRICE
Uniform Shirts, White $ 16.75

Uniform Shirts, Blue $ 16.75
Uniform Trousers $ 23.70
Officer Trousers $ 27.75
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted above is the best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted above for an annual contract for fire uniforms with prices firm for a
period of twelve (12) months to allow for additional purchases, be accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the /,Z.f day of
1993.
