BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the donation of a sixteen.
foot (16') water line easement out of Lots 2 and 3, Block 4 of the French Subdivision from
All Saints Episcopal School.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the action taken in Resolution No. 92-301 accepting the
donation of a sixteen foot (16') water line easement from All Saints Episcopal School be, and
it is hereby rescinded.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the IWg day
of 1992.
