RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of a ten foot
wide drainage easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the acquisition of the following parcel of land for a ten foot wide drainage easement from
Nan Pinchback Oxford, Joyce Pinchback, R. T. Pinchback, Jr., Allen Lane Pinchback and Mary
Frances Pinchback out of the Charles Williams Survey, Abstract 59 for the negotiated value of
$50.00 as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
