RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit Rental Housing
Rehabilitation Program amendments to the Federal Department of Housing & Urban
Development. The proposed changes would convert the program from making zero interest
loans to grants not to exceed 49% of rehab cost and to include one bedroom units in the
program.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
