BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the amendments to the Transportation and Land Use Elements of the Comprehensive
Plan, as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A,"be and they are hereby adopted, and the existing
Land Use and Transportation Elements of the Comprehensive Plan as amended by Exhibit
"A" are re-adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the "Mid-County Area Plan" for the
Jefferson-Orange Counties Regional Transportation Plan for the Southeast Regional Planning
Commission be and it is hereby endorsed.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
