BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a twenty foot (20') wide utility easement on City-owned property located on the east
side of Major Drive south of the Lower Neches Valley Authority Canal out of the Charles
Williams Survey, Abstract 59, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and is hereby
granted to Entex, a division of Arkla, Inc.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
