RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of four (4) semi-automatic
advisory defibrillators; and,
WHEREAS, Physio-Control Corp., of Redmond, Wa. submitted a bid in the
amount of $26,382.00; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Physio-
Control Corp. is the best bid meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Physio-Control Corp. of Redmond, Wa. in the amount of
$26,382.00 for the purchase of four (4) semi-automatic advisory defibrillators, be accepted by
the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day
of 1992.
